Introduction - About Amala Sattva

Amala Sattva Yoga and Health Centre opened with the purpose to create a place in the heart of Budapest where we can stop for a short time, can distract from our everyday habits, can become immersed in the voice of silence penetrating the universe. And going on different roads we can experience our own value as well as those of the world. In order to achieve this, yoga, meditation, some tranquil minutes with our children, a message or a pleasant talk with our friends by a nice , steaming cup of tea could be good methods.

We are offering place and opportunity to achieve this experience, among others, within the framework of the activities below in Hungarian and in English alike.

Amala Sattva

For the moment we offer the following classes in English:

  • KRIPALU YOGA with LIANA GHENT
  • BABY YOGA1 with EVA WALTER
  • VINYASA YOGA with FRANCOIS

As most of our teachers can speak English, so they can help you if you come to other classes. In schedule you can see the classes avaible in English (or in English and Hunagarian too)
